The problem is that there are as many resume forms as people in the world, and none can be called correct or incorrect. After all, a correct resume is the one, which coincides with individual tastes of your employer.
 
Thus, you should choose your resume form depending on the position you apply for. For example, if you are going to work for state institutions, be ready to find as much bureaucracy as nowhere else.
